Pilates Timetable


The group classes are booked in blocks, ranging from 5-7 weeks duration. If you are new to Pilates with Sarah and want to give it a try before committing to a block, you are welcome to select a one off 'trial' session, subject to course availability.

If joining the class after the block has started, you will then just need to pay for the remaining classes in that block.
​
If you sign up for a block of classes and can't make one session you can make this class up during the week at another time (subject to availability)
