Pilates with Sarah collects the following data:
• Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number etc)
• Relevant medical data for Pilates participation.

You directly provided Pilates with Sarah with the data I collect. I collect the data and process data
when you complete your customer questionnaire and consent form.
 
How will I use your data?
I collect your data so that I can
• Ensure full awareness of medical conditions to ensure best management
• Utilise your medical information to form a Pilates class tailored to your individual needs.
• Contact you if needed to advise regarding the need to cancel or change appointments or
classes.
• Keep a record of your classes attended as a medical log.
 
How do I store your data?
Your data is securely stored in a password encrypted computer that I own.
Your data will be kept for 7 years. Once this time period has expired, I will delete your data by either
shredding or deleting.
 
Marketing
I would like to send you information about products and services that I think you might like. If you
have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.
You have the right at any time to stop Pilates with Sarah from contacting you for marketing.
If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please contact us via email.
