Sarah
Founder, Physio & Pilates Instructor
Sarah has been teaching Pilates since 2014 after training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI). She specializes in both mat and reformer Pilates enjoying both disciplines.
She worked as a physiotherapist for over 10 years, using Pilates to complement her patients' rehabilitation and now enjoys using anatomical knowledge to help you get the results you want.
She is experienced and trained in teaching Pilates for antenatal, postnatal, standing Pilates, bone health (osteoporosis), pelvic floor, & kids and teens
All 1-2-1 sessions are run by Sarah, conducting an in-depth assessment and tailored program for you to get the results you need.
Jess
Pilates Instructor
Meet Jess, a passionate Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in the practice. With a background as a nurse and a parent of a child with special needs, she truly understands the physical and mental challenges of caregiving. Pilates transformed her life by alleviating her back pain and enhancing her overall strength. Now, she’s dedicated to sharing the benefits Pilates with others, believing that self-care is essential for everyone’s health and well-being. Recently, she embraced motherhood again with the arrival of twins, using Pilates to regain her strength throughout her pregnancy and beyond.



Phillipa
Pilates Instructor
Philippa is a qualified Pilates teacher with a lifelong love of movement and the outdoors. Having enjoyed everything from running and strength training to endurance events, she has experienced first-hand how valuable Pilates is for building strength, improving mobility and making movement feel easier in everyday life.
She enjoys teaching in a calm, supportive way, giving people time to understand and connect with each movement, encouraging curiosity about how their own body moves, and helping each person build confidence and discover what works best for them.
Her classes are welcoming, thoughtful and suitable for all abilities.
