Join us on Thursdays at 10:30 from our Pilates class at All Saints Church, Fleet. Whether you're new to Pilates or looking to refresh your practice, this class is the perfect introduction. Our experienced instructor will guide you through fundamental Pilates exercises to help strengthen and tone your body. All are welcome! Parking at the Sainsbury's car park opposite the church. * Please bring your own mat* Please note the last session is the 24th of July
